National Training (TADREEB-MEDIC) is considered as the first one of its kind in the Middle East. Offers specialized program to promote the skills of medical staff in U.A.E, in the fields of emergency, trauma, heart resuscitation, surgery and labor health through a unified syllabus, internationally approved using the latest technology of stimulator system and virtual reality technology in cooperation with the most outstanding universities and international specialized training centers such as the American college of emergency medicine, American college of family medicine, American college of surgeons, the International council of trauma, the European resuscitation Council, the International Association of trauma surgery and surgical care, the Canadian Association of emergency, the Canadian College of surgeon, the European Institute of surgery, Harvard university and other distinguished training centers.

This vital project has shown up in accordance with the instructions of H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan U.A.E president, and his brothers the rulers of U.A.E in order to provide all necessary investment to develop and upgrade human resources by establishing specialized professional training establishments and to get high scale training opportunities using the modern systems and technology which will help in building and development of the national medical and professional staff, also to prepare the national medical and professional staff to participate in the development and renaissance in our country in accordance to the sharp concept of our wisdom leadership. As the man has the main role in the process of development, and the basic element the state depend on, so all should provide him with affords which support his practical, scientific and leadership abilities.

As the national medical staff of high international qualifications interested to invest in upgrading the medical and professional staff’s skill in U.A.E, and as there is no strategy or training system to polish the skill of medical staff who are working for the private and governmental sectors, and also as there is no an internationally approved training centers of high qualification to offer specialized training programs to be consider as the compulsory programs according to the international medical standards and systems, all efforts agree to buildup strong national foundation radiating with light in various places in U.A.E. to make a recognized quality leap in developing the practical skills of the medical and professional staff specially the national one, such as doctors, nurses, first aid men, students of medical colleges and nursing instates, which has its positive refection in upgrading the medical and professional staffs’ skill to the level of the quality and the international standard, so the medical and professional staff will offer the best level of medical services to safe the life of serious patients in U.A.E.
